Doubts, fears, worries and anxiety often come from 'What if' thinking... so how do we turn these concerns into confidence?
Self doubt and fear is often felt because of the stories that you tell yourself, the memories that you focus on to prove your insecurities right. Learning to recognise this sabotaging head talk and reframing it to build confidence starts by consciously choosing to refocus your attention. Recognising your 'what if' limitations (aka excuses!) and the consciously flipping them into positive statements can drive a new sense of motivation and determination that allows for happiness and success.
